At the core of the DFI Learning Community is the Thursday seminar series. (Fellows may not schedule individual commitments at any time on Thursdays throughout the Fellowship Period.) Fellows work together, with guidance from the DFI Educators, and are fully empowered to construct and facilitate a dynamically evolving seminar curriculum. Through travel, study, and dialogue (among themselves and with others), the Dorot Learning Community seeks to address both the breadth and depth of issues critical to Jewish communal leadership.
